Choose your trim

Whether you choose scalloped or straight trim lines, or need advanced features like cuts and buttons. We can customize aligners to your choice.

Firm and gentle

Zendura FLX incorporates three layers of material, including an elasotometric centre, which allows the aligner to rebound from lateral and rotational forces to consistently apply force, gently and firmly.

Tech-driven precision

Automated trimming means our trimlines are more precise than any human hands.

Advanced accuracy

Our high-res 3D printers achieve greater accuracy than most leading brands, as well as a cleaner look with virtually invisible layer lines.

The perfect fit

Get a better fit with high pressure thermoforming, which molds the plastic more accurately to teeth attachments than standard equipment.

Beautifully clear

When people choose clear aligners, they want them to stay clear. By applying enhanced polishing methods to the clearest possible material, we help you keep your promise.

Our aligner system is FDA cleared

Our clear aligners are FDA 510K cleared, ISO 13485:2016 certified, and compliant with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR). We'll help you through compliance procedures when we onboard you.

FAQs

What is the quality of the Zendura FLX plastic compared to other materials?

Multiple studies have found that Zendura FLX provides users with greater sustained retention, higher stain resistance, and a clearer material than the leading competitor. In addition, Zendura FLX is manufactured with 80% better printing resolution and tighter contact between the aligner and teeth than the leading aligner brand, resulting in more predictable outcomes. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the benefits of Zendura FLX, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do I need FDA approval to get started?

It is best to speak to your local health authority, or the health authority of your target market, to understand the specific certifications and requirements for marketing clear aligners. These requirements can vary significantly from country to country, so it is important to consult with the relevant authorities to ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable regulations. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to support you and your business and will do everything we can to help you succeed.

How are clear aligners manufactured?

Our clear aligners are produced using an automated process that involves robotics, 3D printing, and other technologies. After receiving the digital impression and case records, our clinicians and orthodontists will analyze the data using specialized software to break the desired movements into a series of smaller steps. These steps are then 3D printed, thermoformed using Zendura FLX material, trimmed, and polished to custom make each clear aligner. This process allows us to produce high-quality aligners that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our manufacturing process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens if the aligners do not fit?

If you experience any issues with the fit of your aligners, please contact your Eon One representative immediately. They will be able to help you troubleshoot and determine the best course of action. If you need a new aligner, we will require a new intraoral scan to create a new set of aligners, which we will then ship to you. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality aligners and support, and we will do everything we can to ensure that your treatment is successful. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
