How are clear aligners manufactured?

After receiving the digital impression and case records, our clinicians and orthodontists will analyze the data using specialized software to break the desired movements into a series of smaller steps. These steps are then 3D printed, thermoformed using Zendura FLX material, trimmed, and polished to custom make each clear aligner.
